SOLAR ILLUMINATION I  / EVOLUTION OF LANGUAGE

​The glass lamp and aluminum is suspended at Library entrance, and is engraved with phrase “We are all one” written in cuneiform.

The lamp is illuminated with color-changing LEDS programmed to cycle subtly through spectrum every 30 minutes resulting in a time-keeping effect.

The lamp is powered by 144 photovoltaic cells embedded in 4 plate glass windows located in children’s section of library.
